About the Logo
We know that the new logo is sure to invite all manner of speculation. Simply put, these are the faces of the stories we have told. Left to right:
• Showing the privacy concerns of many in his community, FLDS member Kelly Fischer conceals his face as he exits an Arizona court hearing.
• Court-appointed fiduciary Bruce Wisan, who since 2005 has overseen the United Effort Plan (UEP) Trust.
• Carolyn Jessop, author of “Escape,” photographed during the Texas raid as she shared concerns about the FLDS children.
•Three young daughters of Winston Blackmore in the beautiful landscape of Bountiful, British Columbia.
• With his rock-solid testimony in the Principle, Bob Foster.
• On opposite sides of Joseph Smith, founder of the Mormon religion, are Utah Attorney General Mark Shurtleff and Warren Jeffs, prophet of the FLDS sect.
• A home in Short Creek with the letters “UEP” set in its brick.
• Disgusted at what she sees as rampant child abuse is tireless activist Flora Jessop.
• A mother in a polygamous marriage, choosing to expose her identity to the world.
• A mother in a polygamous marriage, choosing to keep her identity concealed.
All photos but Joseph Smith were taken by Trent.

Did you change some settings? I have numerous comments going to moderation. Perhaps I’m replying too fast in the same thread.
Well why didnt you take the picture of JS too? Oh, riiight, cameras werent invented yet!
The last one of yours that I saw (6:24 tonight) got flagged for profanity (BS). Another got flagged for using Bill M’s favorite word to describe a CPS worker.
A couple of comments lately have gone into moderation and I’m not exactly sure why. I’ll try to fix that.
In following the Tribune’s comment policy, comments that end up in moderation are never approved. They are deleted.
Watching-
When do I get to take your photograph? Or have I already?
HAW! FLY!
You’ve had my silhouette picture all along! Note the nice hair, the glasses, the buttoned up shirt, the pens in my pocket – thats me!
But there is a good chance we have crossed paths, though you never see me up on stage like say Willie or Ross Chatwin or Timpson. Just a regular guy!
And I wonder who has the filthy mouth? Is that Street popping off again!? And I thought Brooke had him tamed down!
“Twitter Feed
I have banned onthestreet for inappropriate and of topic comments.”
I, for one, am shocked that he managed to post for so long. I didn’t think he had it in him to keep his ranting to tolerable levels for as long as he did. I’m really glad that I didn’t get the chance to read whatever it was that got him banned — and I’m glad that you were on the ball and removed him quickly. Thanks, Brooke and Trent!
Apparently the link I usually use to access the site:
http://blogs.sltrib.com/plurallife/index.htm
is broken. I keep getting a message that says the name changed or the site is temporarily unavailable. Just an FYI.
Is that mad guy vecky still pretending to boycott this blog? I read on his site he was mad about the dictations posted on another site, but as I said before they dont hurt my feelings, all that is Warren telling his side of the story!
So it helps warren in the long run if people read it and understand him and his special ways, I guess. He doesnt really say anything bad anyway, its all mostly just “keep sweet” stuff.
Maybe Bill isnt the “Keep Sweet” kind of guy he wants us to beleive he is!

I wouldn’t worry about listening to Alice Cooper. Now if he brings home snakes or bats, then I might start worrying.
