Here is the response from fiduciary Bruce R. Wisan to the FLDS’ request for emergency relief. Wisan’s petition was filed late yesterday afternoon with the Utah Supreme Court.

According to the police report, Andrew Chatwin told officers that UEP Trust fiduciary Bruce R. Wisan is working to have Moccasin Judge Kalauli barred from overseeing any actions involving trust land.
